Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

How fast it ships

Every order is packed and handed to the carrier within 48 hours (business days), and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us.

Delivery options

Delivery times are counted from the day you place your order, door to door:

• Standard Shipping: Free on every US order. About 7–11 business days.
• Express Shipping: $14.99, free on orders over $99. About 6–9 business days.

Larger orders may arrive in more than one parcel. Each parcel has its own tracking number and there is no extra charge.

Holiday orders

To arrive before Christmas, please order by December 7 with Standard Shipping or by December 10 with Express Shipping. Carrier delays during peak season can occasionally push delivery later.

Delays and lost parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived 5 business days after the latest estimated date, email us at support@pawsinstyles.com with your order number. We'll chase the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or refund you.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the address is confirmed; the new shipping cost may apply.
