Your recipient picks their favorite custom piece (a hand-sculpted portrait mug, a hand-painted leather charm, a die-cut portrait pillow or an acrylic luggage tag) and sends us photos of their pet whenever they're ready. Each piece is made to order, so most will arrive in the new year.

How is the gift card delivered?
It's digital. After checkout, the gift card code is emailed to the address on your order, so there's nothing to ship. You can forward the email or print it to give.
How do I use it?
Enter the code in the “Discount code or gift card” field at checkout. It works on anything in the shop, including our custom pet pieces, but a gift card can't be used to buy another gift card.
Can I use it more than once?
Yes. If your order costs less than the balance, what's left stays on the card for your next order. If your order costs more, you pay the difference with another payment method or another gift card.
Where do I see my balance?
Open the link in your gift card email. The gift card page shows your code and current balance.
How do custom pieces work with a gift card?
Redeem the card on the custom piece you like. Each one is made to order from your pet's photos, and its lead time and photo steps are on that product page.
I can't find the email. What now?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there, email support@pawsinstyles.com with your order number and we'll resend it.
