Your photos
After checkout, email a few clear photos of your pet (front, side and their markings) with your order number to support@pawsinstyles.com within 3 days. Each product page says how many work best.

Made by hand
The ceramic mug is hand-sculpted, hand-painted and kiln-fired. The leather charm is hand-painted and stitched. The pillow and luggage tag are printed and cut to your pet's outline.

Every piece is made to order from photos of your own pet, so it takes a little time. Here is how long each one takes from order to your door:

Custom gift questions
What photos do you need?
After checkout, email clear photos of your pet in good light (front, side and their markings) with your order number to support@pawsinstyles.com within 3 days. The mug and the leather charm work best with 3 to 5 photos; the pillow and luggage tag with 2 to 4.
Will I see my piece before it ships?
For the ceramic mug and the leather charm, we email you a photo before it ships. For the pillow and the luggage tag, we email a proof when the outline or text needs a judgment call.
Can I add a name or a message?
The mug can carry a hand-lettered name or short line (up to about 12 characters). The luggage tag can carry a short message of about 1 to 2 lines. Send it with your photos.
Can you fit two pets on one piece?
Each piece is one pet. For two or more pets, email us first for a quote.
Can I return a custom piece?
Because each piece is made from your photos, we can’t take returns, exchanges or cancellations for a change of mind once crafting has started. If it arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us a short unboxing video and your order number within 14 days of delivery and we’ll remake it or refund you.
